Our room was lovely modern and beautifully designed equipped with good WIFI, a king bed, extremely comfortable beds, paid US$ 280. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were very handy.

Tbh internet connection was terrible, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Magnificent and incredible position just next door to the nearby Buffalo Creek casino and Lockhouse Distillery and the KeyBank Center and the suburbs, particularly nice views.

This hotel was good base for exploring Buffalo, really enjoyed it and venue’s extremely friendly and incredibly friendly staff at the reception desk. The room was fashionable and large and with a beautiful view, extremely comfortable beds and good WIFI. The location was fantastic, just walking distance from a multipurpose indoor arena. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from center.

The location was particularly good on the pier. I came across Cobblestone Bar and Nightclub, it was at a short distance from the hotel, offered nice shots. The rooms were stocked and mine was trendy with nice chairs, a beautiful view plus free breakfast.

The location was perfect, right on the pier and close to the concert venue and arena. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. I was impressed by the range of amenities available, including shops and commercial services, laundry and dry cleaning, and even wedding services. The room itself was beautiful and well-equipped, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the small touches like the welcome drink and the tours and ticket assistance offered at the reception desk. this hotel provided exceptional comfort and quality services.

Our stay was fairly nice, liked quick and very very good breakfasts.

The hotel was upscale with marvellous location adjacent to Buffalo for a Sabres game, Bisons game or even to watch the Bills, hockey arena and harbor area, and Key Bank Center via covered parking garage. Our spotless and fashionable room was equipped with a nice view and good WIFI, as for instance. The service was all in all excellent.

The hotel's location in the harbor is ideal, with easy access to the concert venue and the arena. Guests have raved about the mouthwatering food at the Panorama restaurant and the outstanding service provided by the staff. The rooms are spacious and modern, with top-notch amenities and comfortable beds. Guests have enjoyed stunning views from their rooms and have appreciated the prompt valet service. The hotel also offers a delicious and speedy breakfast option.

One downside mentioned by a guest was the lack of sound insulation in the adjoining rooms, which affected their sleep quality.

The minimal carpeting in the room was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed the subtle lighting on the headboard and the backlit mirror in the bathroom. The shower was also very appealing. The attention to detail was outstanding, making it one of the best experiences we've had in years. The location of the hotel in Canalside was wonderful, with stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows. As vegetarians and vegans, we found plenty of options to suit our dietary preferences.

The location on top of a parking garage offers beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows. Perfectly connected to the venue, making it convenient and accommodating.
